Overview

In the summer of 2024, I joined Cercling, an AI-powered data and supply chain B2B company, as a UI/UX Design Intern. Over time, I transitioned to a Product Designer role for Cercling’s new product, Pairenthesis, where I am currently developing a no-code AI data analysis tool tailored for sales and HR. In this role, I collaborate closely with AI engineers, developers, and data scientists under the guidance of the CEO.

My Role

During the initial two months, I served as the sole designer, responsible for conducting UX audits, mapping user flows, creating exploratory wireframes, and redesigning the website landing page.

Later, a second UX designer joined the team to collaborate on design tasks. I managed the product roadmap, working alongside data scientists and AI engineers to solve user pain points and ensure timely feature delivery.

Key Outcome

• Enhanced data standardization and visualization, reducing manual data entry errors by 64%.

• Automated data cleaning, making processes twice as fast as manual Excel workflows.

• Introduced an AI chatbot function to explain the data analysis process professionally, saving at least 5 hours of learning time for non-professionals.

• Redesigned the website landing page, improving brand clarity and increasing demo requests by 56%.

In addition, I led end-to-end UX design for a new AI no-code data analysis feature, integrating it with the Automated Purchase Order Generator and Database Management system to optimize user workflows.
